Our Firm

Led by Duncan and James, our team all call Canberra home. They share a love for our local sports teams and a passion for helping local businesses succeed and grow. Our lawyers are all professionals in their respective areas of practice, but also creative problem solvers. We will always offer advice that takes commercial and practical realities into consideration and understand the need for timely and cost effective advice. We make a point of building strong relationships with our clients and taking the stress out of dealing with lawyers, whether you’re buying a home or starting a new business.

Our History

Founded in 2014 under a former name, the firm’s initial focus was on delivering practical and cost-effective legal advice and solutions in conveyancing, estate planning, family law and commercial law. Duncan Harrington joined as a partner after years of working in the ACT Law Courts, private practice and for the ACT Government Solicitor. James Hall joined the firm and rose through the ranks to become a partner in 2020. The firm’s areas of practice have grown significantly since 2014, to include litigation, as well as building and construction law, but our focus on delivering practical and cost-effective legal advice and solutions remains the same.
